Tried two ways to get my truck's old lug nuts off and one worked way better
So I've got this 2002 F-150 with the original lug nuts that were basically welded on by rust. First I tried the old trick of hitting them with a regular breaker bar and some WD-40, let it sit for like 20 minutes, nothing moved and I almost threw my back out. Then my buddy told me to get a can of actual penetrating oil, the stuff called PB Blaster, and a 24-inch long pipe to slip over my breaker bar for more force. I sprayed the PB on, waited about 10 minutes, and with the pipe on there they came loose with almost no effort. The difference was crazy, it was all about using the right chemical for the job and having enough leverage. Has anyone else found a specific tool or trick that made a stuck bolt job way easier?

Heard heat can work too, like with a torch?

Had a wheel bearing bolt that was totally frozen on my old Jeep. A regular socket and breaker bar just started to strip the head (which was a nightmare). Ended up getting a six-point impact socket and a real long cheater pipe, basically a four-foot section of old plumbing pipe. The extra length gave me the steady force to crack it loose without rounding anything off. That combo of the right socket and stupid-long leverage is a lifesaver for rusted stuff.

Had a similar fight with a lawnmower blade bolt. My socket wrench just rounded it off. Borrowed a neighbor's impact driver. Thing zipped it right off in two seconds. Sometimes you just need the right power tool to save the day.
