Had a Tuesday where 3 Detroit commercial clients called in 4 hours about elevator inspections
Three different building managers called me before noon all needing last minute elevator cert paperwork for the city, and I had to reschedule two showings in Midtown to handle it. Turned out one inspector was out sick so everyone panicked at once. Has anyone else had a day where every client suddenly needs the same service at the same time?

Called each client back and gave them a two hour window instead of exact times, kept my day from falling apart.
