I know everyone swears by the big national commercial cleaning franchises here, but after hiring both a franchise and a local Detroit crew for our small office, the local guys were just better.

Ever think about who actually shows up to clean? The franchise sends whoever's on their schedule, but the local crew sent the same two guys every time. They learned our office layout and what we cared about. That consistency makes a real difference.

Totally get what you're saying, @the_betty. That familiarity is huge. When it's the same people, they notice the little stuff, like that one printer that always needs the floor around it swept extra well. You don't have to re-explain everything each time.
