Just found out our office copier has a 'eco mode' that actually cuts paper waste by 35%
IT guy showed me the setting after I complained about refilling the paper tray twice a week, and now I'm wondering what other hidden features we've been missing on our equipment - has anyone else uncovered a useful setting on their commercial machines that nobody told them about?

Oh man, the eco mode on printers is one of those things I stumbled on completely by accident too. I was messing with settings one day trying to fix a jam and found it. My machine has a toner save mode that nobody ever told me about, and it stretches the cartridges way longer than I expected. Your mileage may vary depending on the brand, but for my old Canon, it cut my supply orders down by almost half. It is wild what they hide in the menus just assuming nobody will look.
