My shop's walk-in traffic went from 3 people a day to 11 after I moved the counter
Six months ago my print shop on Michigan Ave was lucky to see 3 walk-ins a day, mostly people looking for a notary. I moved my service counter from the back wall to right inside the front window and put a big sign listing same-day services, and now we average 11 walk-ins daily. Has anyone else in Detroit commercial services seen foot traffic jump just from changing where customers first land, or did I just get lucky with the layout?
