Nobody needs a dedicated commercial cleaner for a 1,200 sq ft office, and my Tuesday proved it
Everyone in this group keeps saying you have to hire a service, but I run a small insurance office on Woodward Ave in Ferndale and did it myself in about 2 hours with a $60 vacuum and some simple green. The thing that made that day so good was my tenant, Marcus, walking in at 8am and saying the place smelled better than the last crew's work, and I saved $340 that month doing it solo. I get that big warehouse spaces are a total different story, but for a small storefront I just don't see the value. Anyone here actually run their own cleaning for a space under 2,000 sq ft and stick with it long term?
