Switched to a local commercial cleaner for my office building and saved $200 a month

I used to go with one of those big national chains for janitorial services at my Detroit office. They charged me $600 a month and the crew was always different, never did a good job on the floors. Last month I grabbed a small outfit from Warren called A1 Clean Team. They charge $400, same crew every week, and actually scrub the grout lines. Anyone else dump the big guys for a local company and see better results?

Oh man, I feel this so much. I was using a national company for our building and they were kind of a mess. They'd send random people every time and nobody knew where anything was. I switched to a local guy from a suburb nearby and it's night and day. The floors actually shine now and they even pointed out a leaky pipe under a sink before it caused damage. It's wild how much better local companies care about the work.

Totally agree, it's like that with everything now though. Big companies just scale up their crap service instead of their good service.
