Took three weeks to get one dumpster swapped out downtown

Our building on Grand River needed a smaller dumpster because the hauler kept leaving the big one blocking the loading dock. I called Monday, they said Thursday, Thursday came and nothing showed. I called again and they told me the route driver quit and they were backed up like two hundred stops. Finally got the swap done on the third Friday, so that was 21 days for a simple equipment trade. The kicker is they charged a $75 swap fee even though they were late. Has anyone else had this kind of runaround with waste haulers in the Cass Corridor area?
