Why I switched from bagged to loose leaf tea for office break room

I used to buy boxes of bagged tea for our Detroit office break room until I tallied the cost last quarter. The loose leaf from a local shop near Eastern Market was half the price and the staff actually drinks more of it. Anyone else found a similar switch that saved money?

You're overthinking it since a basic infuser costs less than two boxes of bagged tea.

Idk if this is a dumb question but did you factor in the cost of the actual tea infuser or strainer you gotta buy for the loose leaf? That initial investment can sometimes eat into the savings if you're buying for a whole office and need multiple setups. Just wondering because I know a few people who switched and ended up spending more upfront than they planned.
