I used to think a 1/2 inch drive was fine for everything on a semi. A snapped socket on a 7/8 inch lug nut in Flagstaff last month proved me wrong.

Honestly, gotta disagree with you and sage_schmidt6 on this one. My half inch drive has never let me down on lugs, you just need a good breaker bar.

Ugh, that's the worst. I've been there with a stuck lug nut before.
