Just hit 100,000 miles on my personal truck without a single injector issue
It's a 2016 Duramax L5P I bought new. I do all the maintenance myself, religiously. Every 5,000 miles with Rotella T6 and a Baldwin filter. I use a fuel additive with every tank, even in summer. I know guys who've had problems way sooner. This feels like a win. What's the highest mileage you've seen on original injectors with a good routine?

That's awesome, and it really shows your routine works! My buddy's LML is at 180k on the originals with the same T6 and additive habit.

Man, that's exactly right. I had an old F-150 that folks told me was a lost cause at 150k, but I just kept doing the oil and nothing fancy, and it rolled past 250k before I sold it. The real trick is just not skipping the boring stuff, even when you're tempted to put it off.

Shows how sticking to a simple, good routine really pays off in the long run. I see it everywhere, from keeping an old lawnmower running to people taking care of their houses. It's the boring, regular stuff that most folks skip that keeps things going strong for years. Congrats on the milestone, that's a real testament to your work.
