Watched a puller lose a turbo at the Buckeye Nationals in Columbus and now I'm torn on budget builds
Two years back at the Buckeye Nationals in Columbus, a guy in a 12 valve lost his turbo on the second pull and dumped oil all over the track, and it got me thinking hard about cheap parts. Side one says run the budget turbo and keep a spare in the trailer so you never miss a hook. Side two says save up for the good one so you are not the guy oiling down the lanes. I keep going back and forth on it, so where do you all land?
