Cel shading skill check: my art pals can't agree on this style
I finally got good at cel shading for my digital paintings. Some say it adds impact, but others argue it's too flat for detailed work. Where do you stand on using cel shading in digital art showcases?

Why do we always fight over simple vs complex styles?

Because my brain sees a clean one page site and goes "genius, minimal, perfect." Then I spend three hours picking a font. My own side project looks like a ransom note made by a committee. We fight because we're all a mess deep down.

Ugh, right? @blake428 nailed it because we all want that clean look but get lost in the details. It's like we're scared of actually finishing something simple. So we end up with a mess and blame each other.
