Dropped $180 on a fancy monitor calibrator and my prints finally match my screen
I had been eyeballing colors for two years and every gallery print came back too dark or too warm, so I ask, has anyone else found that the cheap solutions just waste more paper than they save?

Man that’s a relief to hear honestly. It’s wild how we’ll drop cash on gear but then try to save three bucks on the thing that actually matters. Reminds me of how people buy expensive speakers but listen to mp3 files from 2008, or pay for a fancy coffee machine but use stale beans. We’re all out here fixing the wrong part of the setup first. Glad you finally got the piece that makes the rest of it work.
