This is my first bit of recognition. How do you keep the momentum going after something like this?

Ever get so hyped up you start a whole new piece right after? That buzz is the best fuel. I cleaned my whole apartment after my first five star review, just to keep the good energy rolling.

Wait what? You cleaned your whole apartment from that kind of hype? That's the part that blows my mind. I'd be bouncing off the walls too excited to focus on anything that normal. My brain would be racing a million miles an hour about the next idea. The last thing I'd do is chores, that's like using rocket fuel to mow the lawn. I guess it works for you, but man, that is a foreign kind of focus to me.

Remember that feeling when you finally level up in a game after grinding forever? That first win is so sweet. I totally get chasing that next high. For me, I try to ride that buzz right into a small, easy project. Like doing a quick color study of the piece that got noticed, or sketching a dumb little version of it. It keeps my hands moving without the pressure of making another big thing right away.
