Unpopular opinion: The new interactive wall at the Phoenix airport is just a gimmick.

It's a huge screen with touch-reactive colors, but the 'art' resets every 30 seconds, so nothing you make lasts. Has anyone seen a public digital piece that actually feels meaningful?

Totally agree, that thing is pointless. Felt the same about the "digital waterfall" in Denver. It just cycles through the same five patterns no matter what you do. Makes you wonder who approves the budget for these things.

Hold up, I kinda like them though. They're just for fun, you know? Not everything has to be super deep or interactive.

Seriously, it's just a cool distraction. People are stuck in an airport, not a museum. Let them have some fun with colors for a minute.
