Been running client ad campaigns for 6 years without tracking calls properly
Last month a roofing client in Phoenix asked why their phone didn't ring after I spent $2,800 on Facebook ads and it hit me I never set up call tracking once, has anyone else had that painful lightbulb moment where a basic metric slipped past you?

Held my breath reading that $2,800 number with no call tracking in place. That's a tough lesson on how easy it is to miss the basics when you're deep in the day to day grind. Hope the client stuck with you after finding that out though.
