We're finally scaling up our marketing budget and want to start running high-quality video ads on YouTube and local TV. I've been talking to a few different ad agencies, but honestly, it's hard to tell who actually produces good video content in-house vs who just outsources it. Anyone have recommendations for an agency that handles both the video production AND the ad strategy?

A lot of the bigger marketing firms definitely outsource the video work to freelancers, which can make the quality super inconsistent. You really want to find a place that has their own camera crew and directors.
