Debate: In-house team versus agency for a $50k monthly retainer
Ngl I just finished a brutal month managing a client account worth $50k a month for a B2B SaaS agency in Austin. The good side was insane revenue and creative freedom. The bad side was constant client revisions and zero sleep. Which side wins for you, agency or in-house, and why? Has anyone else dealt with that kind of retainer pressure?

3am last Tuesday I was fixing a landing page the client's CEO suddenly hated. In-house has boring meetings and slow promo cycles, but I actually slept and saw my dog during daylight. Agency money is sweet until you're the one answering Slack at midnight. That $50k retainer buys their peace of mind with your free time.
