Just realized a $9 shared inbox tool fixed what two agency retainers couldn't
We were spending $1,800 a month with an agency out of Chicago for social and email, and leads still sat unanswered for two days because everything landed in one person's Gmail. Out of frustration I set up a shared inbox with canned replies and a simple rule so every new form fill got a response within four hours. Our reply rate jumped from about 30 percent to 68 percent in three weeks, and the agency never once asked to see our inbox setup. Sometimes the fix is boring ops stuff, not another retainer. Anyone else find that the smallest change beat the big agency spend?
