My old boss in Denver told me to fire a $2k/mo client and I still don't know if it was good advice
I run a small agency out of my spare room, and a former boss grabbed coffee with me near Union Station a couple weeks ago. He mentioned he dropped his smallest retainer client because they ate up 60% of his team's time for 15% of revenue. I keep going back and forth on whether that fits my situation or if he was just lucky enough to have bigger clients lined up. How do you all decide when a client is taking too much time for what they pay?
