Question about agencies that send 4 case studies before a single real call
Got pitched by a shop out of Austin last week and the guy sent me four case studies before we ever got on a call. Nice PDFs, real numbers, 340% this and 12x that, but not one of them was for a company my size. Took me three emails to get him to say what they charge, and it turned out to be a $4,500 a month retainer. Is this normal now, or did I just get a bad one?
