Tbh, I'm seeing too many agencies in my area focus on quick wins over long-term growth.

I drove past three agencies on Main Street last week with new signs already advertising "instant results" and "clients in 24 hours." That whole model just feels like fast food marketing to me, where they get a quick rush but the brand is cheapened forever. It's crazy to trade away trust for a fast payout, because those clients leave just as quick. How do you even build a real business that way?

My local gym just switched to a "sign up in five minutes, cancel anytime" model. They pack the place with new members every month, but the equipment is always broken and the trainers quit after two weeks. It's the same short term thinking, they chase sign up bonuses but the actual gym experience falls apart.

What if the biggest damage is to the team's ability to learn? Those quick-turnaround shops often hire eager beginners, work them to the bone on assembly-line projects, and then they quit. Now you've got a whole agency full of people who only know how to do surface-level tasks. How can you ever offer deeper strategy if your staff never gets past making basic ads?
