Tried a cheap $200 SEO audit tool from a random vendor
Found this little known audit tool on a Facebook ad last month, figured I'd give it a shot since it was only 200 bucks. Ran it on a client site and it flagged like 50 critical errors that were complete BS - missing meta descriptions on pages that clearly had them. Turns out their crawler was just broken and I spent 3 hours chasing ghosts before realizing the tool was the problem. Anybody else had bad luck with these cheap audit tools that promise way too much?

Man that sucks, sorry you had to deal with that.

Isn't it funny how the same "too good to be true" promise shows up everywhere, from cheap tools to those miracle cleaning products that never work like they do on TV? It seems like we're always learning the hard way that you really do get what you pay for.
