Just saw a stat about Bali nomad visas that made me rethink my plan

I was looking at the Bali government site yesterday, and they said over 60,000 digital nomad visas were given out last year. I always thought it was a small group, but that's a huge number. It made me worry about crowds and prices going up there. Has anyone been recently and noticed it getting too busy?

Wow, that's a real crowd! Honestly, I'd look at spots like Canggu's quieter back streets or even consider Lombok next door.
