A guy on Nextdoor called me out for sharing my location on every post

I used to always add a photo with my exact street corner whenever I posted about a lost dog or a found package. This one neighbor commented that I was basically handing out my schedule to strangers. Made me realize how much I was oversharing without thinking. Now I crop out any house numbers or street signs before I post anything. Has anyone else had to rethink what feels like harmless sharing?

Oh yeah I do the SAME thing now after someone pointed out I was basically telling thieves when I wasn't home.
