My neighbor's ring doorbell caught me talking to my plants at 2 AM

So I live in a townhouse complex in Portland where the units are super close together. My neighbor across the way has one of those Ring doorbells and I guess the motion detection is set super sensitive. Last Tuesday I couldn't sleep and went out to water my little herb garden on the patio at like 2 in the morning. Was having a full on chat with my basil plant about how it needs to grow faster or I'm switching to dried stuff. Next day neighbor sends me a text with a clip of it and says 'your basil says hi.' I about died. Now every time I go outside at night I feel like I'm on camera. Has anyone else had a neighbor's smart doorbell record something super embarrassing?

Oh man, I used to think these doorbell cameras were just paranoid overkill. But honestly this changed my mind completely. A couple months back my next door neighbor's Ring caught me singing "Total Eclipse of the Heart" at full volume while I was washing my car at 11pm. Thought I was alone. She sent me the clip with the caption "you really went for it." Now I wave at every camera I see like I'm running for office. Your basil thing is way better though. At least your plants didn't upload evidence of your vocal range.

Got caught by my coworker's dashcam belting out Celine Dion while I was vacuuming my van at a gas station. Now I treat every parked car like it's got cameras watching me.
