My old Nextdoor account from 2017 came back to haunt me last week

I got a weirdly targeted ad for a local plumbing supply house on Facebook, using the exact street name from my old profile I haven't touched in years. It felt like data I forgot about was just sitting there, waiting to be used. I had to dig through old emails to find the login and finally delete the thing for good. Has anyone else had an old, dead account pop up like this?

Honestly that's just how ads work now. They matched your old info to your current profile, smart targeting really. Kinda useful to see local business ads sometimes.

Yeah and robinson.jake that's why my phone thinks I still want baby stuff, my kid's in middle school now. It's smart but also kinda dumb.
