My phone's location history revealed my fake sick day
I called in sick to work but forgot to turn off my location sharing. A friend saw my social media check-in from the beach later that day. Now I'm sweating that my boss might get a notification or something. It's pretty absurd how our gadgets can rat us out without meaning to.

Remember the time I tried to ditch class in college and my mom saw my Fitbit had logged a "run" at the movie theater. Felt my soul leave my body, honestly. Tech has a funny way of making liars out of all of us without even trying.

Yeah the "logged a run" part is why I just turn off auto exercise tracking now lol.
