My cheap utility knife finally broke after 8 years of abuse

I bought this basic Stanley knife at a Home Depot in Phoenix back in 2016 for like $6 and it held up through drywall, carpet, and cardboard boxes. Last week the blade lock finally gave out while I was cutting some thick vinyl flooring. Anyone know a decent replacement that won't cost more than $15?
