Saw a flipped house in Fort Worth last weekend and the outlet by the kitchen sink made me stop dead
Was walking through an open house on the south side of Fort Worth last Saturday and spotted a regular outlet sitting about 8 inches from the kitchen sink with no GFCI. The seller's agent said the flipper did all the work himself and it looked fine on the surface, new counters, fresh paint, nice tile. But if that one outlet was skipped, I gotta wonder what else got cut, because a GFCI is like $20 and 10 minutes of work. Has anyone else run into this on a flip, and do you walk away or just budget for a full re-inspect of the electrical?
