Always thought meal prep was for fitness influencers until I tried it for a week of 14 hour drives
I scoffed at my buddy's suggestion to batch cook 8 meals on Sunday night, but after burning $60 on gas station sandwiches in 5 days and feeling like garbage I gave it a shot and now I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner, anyone else have something they dragged their feet on that turned out to be a lifesaver?

Dude this is literally how I feel about washing my car in the driveway instead of taking it to the automated wash. Took me years to realize I save like $15 a week and my paint isn't getting scratched up by those giant spinning brushes. It's wild how stubborn people get about little things that end up being huge quality of life upgrades. Meal prep is definitely one of those things where you either try it once and never look back or you just keep throwing money at convenience food and feeling rough.
