I finally bought a $60 espresso machine at a garage sale and it ruined coffee shops for me
Found this old DeLonghi at a sale in Tucson last Saturday. Guy said it only worked with a special tamper, turned out he was just pushing too hard. After three burned batches I got the grind right. Now my $4 daily latte habit is gone and I feel weird about it. Does anyone else have that one cheap thing that made them hate going out for coffee?
