Just realized those '5 minute daily journal' apps actually work after my therapist suggested one called Reflectly.
I was sure it was a gimmick, but writing for five minutes every morning for a month has genuinely cut down my anxiety. Anyone else have a simple habit they thought was nonsense until they tried it?

Turns out the physical act of writing by hand with a cheap notebook works even better for me. Something about screens kept me in that anxious headspace.
