honestly that's wild. If it happened to me I'd just lean into it and ask if they remember what song was playing when they saw it. people who notice niche band shirts usually have a story or they're just into the same stuff. worst case scenario you make a new concert buddy. best case they've got a massive playlist you can swap with. just keep it chill and don't overthink it. most people who bring up old stuff like that are just trying to be friendly.
