Picked up a book called "The E-Myth" and it totally flipped how I think about my small business

I was stuck doing every little task myself for 2 years until that book broke down why I needed systems instead of just working harder, has anyone else read something that made them change their whole approach?

Ngl I got the exact opposite from that book. Felt like it was just trying to sell me on franchising and made me feel bad for actually enjoying the hands on work. Not everything needs a system.

Is it really that deep though? Like @sethmartinez, did the book actually hurt you or just rub you the wrong way?
