Finally bit the bullet on a proper 27-inch monitor for my home setup

It was about $300 for a Dell UltraSharp, which felt like a lot, but after a week of using it for detail work, my neck and eyes are thanking me. The extra screen real estate means I can have my main drawing open with reference images and the layer palette all visible without constant zooming and panning. Anyone have a good recommendation for an affordable monitor arm that doesn't wobble too much?

That Dell UltraSharp is a solid choice. What kind of detail work are you doing that made the upgrade so noticeable?

Used to think it was overkill but editing photos on it changed my mind fast.

Is $300 really a lot for a daily tool? That seems like a pretty good deal for something you use for hours that stops physical pain. I'd call that a smart buy, not a splurge.
