Had a client in Austin point out a tiny detail I missed on a site plan

They noticed a 2-foot utility easement I'd overlooked, which would've blocked their planned shed. Now I always do a second pass just for easements and setbacks before sending anything out, anyone else have a specific checklist step like that?

Oh man, I feel that. It's crazy how one little line on a drawing can cause such a huge headache later. My old boss drilled that into me, to always check for those exact things. It feels like extra work until it saves a whole project. That second pass is totally worth it.

But what if that second pass is the only thing that catches a mistake the first look missed? I've seen tiny oversights, like a wrong radius note, cause massive rework after stuff is already being built. It's not overkill if it stops a real problem. That extra few minutes checking feels annoying but it beats the weeks of fixing a bad part.

Second pass just for easements" seems like overkill to me.
