Cutting fluid temp matters more than brand, my Houston job proved it

Ran the same generic oil on 30 consecutive cuts at 95 degrees and got chatter every time, switched to chilled water-soluble mix and zero problems, so why do we keep paying double for premium labels when a $20 cooler does the work, has anyone else seen temperature beat chemistry on their rig?
