An inspector's note about my corner beads changed my finishing routine
Last month on a job in Phoenix, the inspector flagged where my paper-faced metal corner beads were showing through after two coats. He said to pre-fill the bead nose with setting compound before taping, and now my corners look clean without extra sanding. Anyone else do this pre-fill step, or is it just me?
