TIL using a 6 inch knife for all my taping might be faster than switching to a 10 inch
So I tried a full room with just a 6 inch knife. No switching, no 10 inch, no 12 inch. Just one tool the whole way. I figured I'd get uneven joints and it'd look like crap. But honestly? The mud went on way smoother cause I wasn't fumbling with different sizes. Only took me 45 minutes longer than usual but the finish was flat. No ridges. What do you guys think am I crazy for sticking with the 6 or have any of you tried something similar and got a weird result?

Had a buddy try the same thing and he swore his wrists hurt less after a full day.

Wrist angle is the hidden factor most people miss. Your buddy probably kept his wrists straighter without realizing it. That alone can save a lot of pain.
