A customer's old fuse box in a 1950s house made me see something new

I was in this old place in Bellingham last month, and the owner pointed at the fuse box and said, 'My dad put that in, said it would last forever.' It wasn't about the work, it was about the trust people put in our hands. Ever had a simple comment from a client stick with you like that?

Ever get that feeling a client's trust is the real thing you're moving?

Absolutely, that's a great point from @emery356. You're not just delivering a package, you're handling their hope for that item. It makes the job feel a lot more important.

Honestly @emery356, nobody talks about how clients basically hand you their reputation too when they trust you with a delivery. One slip up and it's not just a late package, it's their name on the line.
