PSA: Check your torque on those new smart breakers

I installed a 200A panel with smart breakers in a Reno house last Tuesday. The manufacturer said torque was pre-set, so I skipped the wrench check. Found one 40A feeder on a 6 AWG wire that was 15 in-lbs loose before I closed up. That would've gone hot and melted down in a few months at max load. Anyone else trust factory torque settings on these or do you always verify? I'm back to checking every terminal now.
