The day I realized nobody knows how to strip wire anymore

Was on a job last week over in Clifton and had to redo half a panel because the guy before me kept nicking the copper. Third time this year I've seen it. Why does everyone pull out their dikes and go to town instead of just using a proper stripper? Has anyone else noticed this getting worse on new construction?

Went through a whole roll of wire last month because I kept nicking it with my teeth. Thought I was being clever, turned out I was just being a raccoon with a side hustle. Strippers are great until you drop them behind the drywall and have to dig them out with a coat hanger. Then you really start questioning your life choices. Still beats buying new wire because the insulation looks like it went through a shredder though.
