Spent $350 on a digital inclinometer for hoistway leveling and it was a game changer
I was working on a 12-story building in Denver, and the old-school bubble levels just weren't cutting it for the final rail checks. I bought a specific digital inclinometer for about $350 after reading about them. It gave me a precise readout to a tenth of a degree, which cut my leveling time in half on that job. Has anyone else moved to digital for this, or do you still trust the old methods more?

Ha, I'm still using a level from 1998. My pride says it's fine, but my back says I'm an idiot. That digital readout sounds pretty nice, honestly.

Upgrade that thing before your back goes on strike.
