Just realized I was wrong to doubt 'Firefly' back in 2002, but seeing the fan passion at a convention in Chicago last year finally convinced me.
I thought the show was just a weird space western, but hearing a room of 500 people recite dialogue from memory made me see the depth of the world and characters we lost, so what's one canceled show you wish you'd given a real chance sooner?

Honestly, I never got the hype for 'Firefly' even after watching it. The world felt half-baked to me, and the western stuff just seemed like a gimmick. Maybe some shows get a bigger pass because they were cut short, but the story we got was just okay.

Wait, you really think the western parts felt tacked on? I always saw it as the whole point, like how else do you show a gritty, forgotten edge of space without that vibe? What show did you skip that you regret now?
