My cousin brought up 'The OA' at a cookout and now I'm mad all over again
We were just grilling burgers in Chicago last weekend when he said, 'Remember how that show ended with them jumping dimensions to stop a school shooting? I still wonder what was in that third movement.' It hit different because he's a music teacher and explained how each season was structured like a symphony movement. We spent an hour talking about where season 3 could have gone, like Prairie meeting Hap in our reality. Has anyone else had a random chat that brought back the cancellation pain for a specific show?

Ngl my buddy mentioned 'Mindhunter' last week and it ruined my whole night. We got way too deep on what they could've done with the BTK storyline.

Ever get stuck on a show's what ifs? I had to just rewatch the first season to move on, it helped. What do you wish they'd shown with BTK?

Honestly the BTK stuff is what gets me too. He was right there in the background during season 1 and they never got to show how they actually caught him because of the dumb voicemail thing. Tbh what kills me is they had the perfect setup to show how profiling changed when they finally had to deal with a guy who stopped killing for years. Did your buddy think they would've shown the letters he sent to the cops or more of his home life?
