Went back and watched the first season of Rubicon again after all these years
I rewatched Rubicon last month and it holds up way better than I remembered, especially compared to those later network conspiracy shows that went nowhere. Has anyone else circled back to an old canceled show and found it hit different the second time around?

Honestly @elizabeth_bailey26, ten years makes a huge difference. You catch details and foreshadowing you missed the first time, especially in shows that set things up early. Rewatching as an adult with more life experience changes how you see the characters and their choices too. The pacing feels different because you know where things are heading, and sometimes the humor lands better or worse now. It's almost like watching a completely new show in a way. Definitely worth a second look if you loved it the first time.
