Went to that abandoned drive-in theater outside Tulsa last weekend and saw something that needs attention

The concrete floor in the projection booth had this weird crack running through it that looked fresh, like maybe from a leaky pipe, and I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed structural issues at these old spots before they get demolished for good.

Fixing old buildings is usually worse for the environment than tearing them down, and that crack could just be a sign it's time to go. Structural issues are exactly why spotty old drive-ins aren't worth saving.
