Wrapping up 'GLOW' only to hit a cancellation wall

I mean, I just got into 'GLOW' and then heard Netflix axed it after three seasons. Idk, maybe it's just me but I was pumped to see where the ladies' wrestling careers went next. They were setting up all these new storylines and then poof, gone. It feels like these platforms decide based on spreadsheets, not on finishing the tale. Like, why start something if you won't let it end right? I wish they'd at least wrap things up with a movie or something. Now I'm kinda hesitant to dive into any new series, worried it'll just stop short.

Felt that pain tbh when 'Firefly' was canned years ago.

Three seasons in and they just pull the plug, it really hurts. I was totally invested in those characters and now we're all just left hanging. @jones.mark knows it too, that Firefly feeling never really goes away. They really should give shows a proper chance to wrap up their stories. Stuff like this makes me not want to start any new show until it's fully finished.

Cancellation is the new series finale.
